1.准备的食材。

2.鹅肠洗干净切段,配菜切好备用。

3.鹅肠先焯水,放姜片、料酒烧开。

4.煮开半分钟后捞起来备用。

5.先炒辣椒断生,盛起来备用。

6.另起锅爆香蒜末、豆鼓、倒入鹅肠爆炒。

7.翻炒片刻加入酱油、辣椒。

小窍门&温馨提示
炒鹅肠和其他鸡鸭肠有点区别,它比较脆,爽口,加豆鼓、蚝油够咸味不需要加盐。
